Speechless???

Filed under: Uncategorized — David @ 4:42 pm

One of my many detractors mentioned that I may have left my readers speechless with that last blog. Hmm…. I don’t often write about my personal life, but that really is the purpose of the blog. It is probably something that I need to do a little more of, though maybe with a little less history. My lovely bride does a fantastic job with that on her blog.

I think I have probably gotten too far into Paul Revere mode and sounding the warning. Still I can see people all around me, people I care about, people who feel some connection with me, who don’t get it, aren’t going to get it and are making no preparations to protect themselves, their family, or their property. I don’t know what else to say. I have no majik words that will change what must come. History has shown us that the same idiocy that grips the USA today has led to collapse, rebellion and misery in the past and wihtout exception. I don’t really see how we can avoid it, expecially as we accelerate toward our ineveitable destiny with no changes in the actions that are taking us there.

Ok , so I’ll stop ranting and raving about the coming economic collapse and hope all have secured everything they want to secure. The warnings are done and, quite soon, the admonishments can begin. There are many who have been critical of my opinions, even in the face of the facts. Still my position is secure and I am well prepared for just about any future eventuality.

I’ll try to be more entertaining and less tiresome in my future blog posts.

Ya’ll take care out there.

Strange…a God who could make good children as easily as bad, yet preferred to make bad ones; who made them prize their bitter life, yet stingily cut it short; mouths Golden Rules and forgiveness multiplied seventy times seven and invented Hell; who mouths morals to other people and has none himself; who frowns upon crimes yet commits them all; who created man without invitation, then tries to shuffle the responsibility for man’s acts upon man, instead of honorably placing it where it belongs, upon himself; and finally with altogether divine obtuseness, invites this poor, abused slave to worship him!” — Mark Twain
